I checked my mail, and found this one admist all 163 unread ones.

(1) Definition of key words (amended one if you wish to upgrade your marks)

(2) Factors related to key words (amended one if you wish to upgrade your marks)

(3) Priorities list

(4) Research

(5) Development - Interview (with response and comments by your on the interviewee's response), 3 day food record of interview, Analysis of the 3-day food record using food composition table or nutritional analysis software (you can find this on the health promotion board website) with comments on diet based on the analysis, a modified 3-day diet (that is a healthier diet). Note that the dishes you have selected for your practical exam form part of the modified 3-day diet.

(6) Decision making - the decision matrix which you did in class under Miss Sng's instruction and the elaborated version in paragraphs (see attached sample)
I have also attached the mark sheet for your coursework. Do take a look to see what are those parts you have missed out and what are those you can improve on.
